My Dinghy blew away last week so I phoned the insurers Wednesday. On Thursday the claim form turned up which I spent 5 minutes filling in. The insurers would have got that Friday.

This morning (Monday) a kite for a monkey ( Haydn that's a cheque for £500) landed on my mat with a nice letter. No excess or fuss.

And the name of this amazing outfit.......

The Soltron Insurance Company.

Well actually it was GJW Direct but I couldn't resist it.

(Anyone want to buy a dinghy, slightly windswept?) JOKE!!!

Re:No Proof....

They just took my word for it. Mind you, it has been a bit drafty of late. I had to send them a quote for a replacement but I just downloaded a page from Compass.

How are you now Pauline? Someone said you were completely stoned last week.

A poor joke I know but the best I could do before 9am.

Going anywhere at Easter? Fancy meeting up in Dieppe/Fecamp?

Hugs&kisses.

Ditto.

No problems at all with recent claim following a mystery "bump" in the marina (anyone care to own up?). Go ahead for repairs given within 48 hours of posting the claim form.
