I reckon he could come in early given this tide and wind, walked down the embankment at lunch and you could have surfed some of the wind against tide!

Might walk to Westminster after school to see him come in (pending no detentions..)

Can I be the first to say "Well done David - an inspiration" having just (18:25) seen him on BBC news having completed (ahem) 140 miles swim.

And it would be good if peeps knew how to post appropriately sized pictures!

Well , strictly speaking , he hasn't done the whole of the Thames.

He stopped 200 yards short of the lock yesterday , and started 100 yards downstream of the lock today , so there is a stretch of water 300 yards long in Teddington that is unswum. ;)

We should start a Facebook campaign to get him to come back and finish the job i reckon ;)

P.S. can a mod resize those photos , it's difficult to navigate the page.

A mod wouldn't have been able to resize anyway, they were hosted privately.
