Cruising guides for the Adriatic

Next year we will be cruising from Calabria/Corfu up the Adriatic to Venice.

There are a wealth of cruising guides out there for this complicated area. Any views on the best?

Definitely the 777 Guide for Croatia which is most of the Eastern Adriatic coastline. It may be called 888 or 999 now but it's the only guide which shows virtually every anchorage. We also have a couple of the thicker hardback guides, Jane Cody (Croatia) and Trevor Thompson (complete Adriatic), which have nice photos and a lot more information on each anchorage but they cover a much smaller proportion of those possible. If I had to take one guide it would be 777.

Interesting that every cruiser I talk to says Montenegro is fantastic. A female friend camping across Europe said it was by far the worst place for harassment she encountered anywhere. Any views from women who've been there?
