Don't know! I guess it needs to be green but the dimensions have yet to be determined.

If its green you want most sawmills or agralcultural contractors should be able to help you out but be careful it can have a very high moisture content.

For planks try some fishing port as there always seem to be boats being scrapped.

Sounds good but probably full of unwanted fastener holes and associated damage around them but give it a try.
