Crew Wanted !!

Hi There.....

The observant amongst you will have spotted my previous posting in Livaboard entitled 'Cruising Virgin' and noted my desire to escape the rat race and go cruising.... well this is going to happen late spring or early summer this year and I'm looking for crew.

Prerequisites re few except that I'll have to like you and some sailing experience would be welcome, I intend to have a relaxed and fun time both on the boat and ashore so you'll need personality, wit and decent manners ! ...

So, who is up for a period of sailing a 40-45 ft yacht, have not chosen yet but an HR42 is favourite at present, down to the med and then from beautiful spot to beautiful spot...... you get the idea.

Possibly this could turn into a much more adventurous passage next year, who knows. ( I'd like to sail in New Zealand again one day...)

As for costs you would be expected to pay for your own food and beer, and maybe buy the captain one occasionally , but I am not looking for a contribution to the cost of running the boat. What a great deal !

So, get in touch with details of whu you'd be up for this and why I should let you on my boat !

You would be better off advertising in the mags .Most of the people posting here just think about sailing ,when they are bored at work.You can allmost set your watch with some of them, on a monday morning .Billskip and I even have bets on how many, and what time .Hope you find someone to join you.
