Cost of teak panels

I know a few bods on here have had teak panels made for cockpits etc etc. Does anyone know a rough cost per square metre for made up panels. Assume fairly regular shapes, with the odd curve and tricky bit.

Oh, and proper solid teak, not a thin bit of laminate over ply.
