Anyone know what this is - I found it in a locker on my boat.

It's a griddle plate, for use on a gas hob. The stainless tray surrounds the burner, and the black plate goes on top. I'd imagine any fat which runs off will be collected in the stainless tray.

Old lady dies in Yorkshire. Grieving son orders a headstone. Mason asks what wording to put on it. Son says "SHE WERE THINE".

Headstone is erected, son comes to view it and is outraged to see the stone reads "SHE WERE THIN".

Son phones mason and says "You've left E off, yer daft beggar!"

Mason promises to correct it

Next week son visits grave and reads "EE, SHE WERE THIN."
