If you look from exactly the right spot on the barrage it all forms a circle.Am I the only one that cant see the point in it?

I think I'd be quite chuffed at being paid £60k to paint those yellow lines !! Bloody ridiculous they are, we've taken a few visiting friends to see them and so far, not one of them has gone "wow, isn't that great".
