Conger Eels

No idea, but cook it in stakes in a casserole with a little white wine and a breadcrumb, oatmeal and herb crust and it really doen't matter. Lift lid for last ten minutes to brown the crust.

Caught a big one once - took two of us about 1/2 an hour trying to club it death in the cockpit with the dinghy oars!
