This is for the owner of a large white motor boat on Emsworth creek, between Sparkes and Mill Rythe, who we nearly rammed last year. We are the white and blue sailing boat that was motor-sailing up with the tide last September when the engine died just up-tide of you. Thanks for not panicking more than I did. Sorry for having to get so close before I got her to obey the rudder, I'll try not to do it again. I've had the engine fixed at great expense, and it appears to function, but I thought I'd better warn you that we are out again this weekend for the first time this season. We'll try and keep further away this time.
