We got that over winter, too, but only when the Eberspacher was playing silly buggers. Open a porthole for fresh air, and leave the heating on low all night.

yep the dehum is the way to go. Keep the packaging and bung it under the floorboards when the warm weather comes. as other say, you MUST be in writing before the ewarranty is up
On one occassion i got a surveyor to do a full report on the thing beforee the warrnty lapses- then no messing about
