Colvic surveyor in Wales

A friend of mine is considering buying a Colvic 32 currently located on hard standing in Caernarfon. Can anyone recommend a surveyor in this area?

Does anyone also know whether one of these has a hinged mast or do they have to be taken down/off by crane as he wants to take it up the Thames to Brentford to re-fit it for a year.
