I have a beta 1305 engine which starts perfectly when warm but needs at least 45 secs. on the heater plugs when cold. The voltage at the plugs is 10 volts. I do not know if a two volt drop is normal ? It has been suggested that the heater plugs may be clogged up with carbon. Is that likely. Any advice appreciated.
