CO thread on PBO forum hereabouts

Couple of years ago we were given a FREE CM detector by EA when we passed through Allington lock.Still blinking merrily away and check battery from time to time.

Indeed so, some fire and rescue services supply liveaboard boaters with fee CO and smoke alarms, particularly if having a one their free boat fire safety checks done.

It's worth checking with the local fire station.
 
I'm not knocking getting something for nothing. But, speaking as the owner of possibly the most modest cabin cruiser on the entire forum, it's beyond me why other people wouldn't spend £20 on a decent CO monitor if they needed one.
