yeah wouldn't that be great, a tad difficult when getting your pizza's delivered, but the water view would more than compensate for that inconveniences. JJJ

Nah; far too rolly for comfort.
Joking aside, I've a feeling that the Squadron (or possibly the Royal London) are proposing to build a small breakwater to provide a pied a terre for some of their visiting members. I'm sure I read this somewhere - but maybe I'm imagining it.

Joking aside, the Squadron is indeed going ahead with a 'haven' just east of their base. There is likely to be a benefit for all who use the visitors' moorings to the south. See www.rys.org.uk
