By the coxon of Sheerness LB to the station hon sec. after the mast and rigging of a yacht they were rescuing fell across the the lifeboats flying bridge and wiped out all of the radio radar gear etc.

"sorry sec I think I've broke the boat".

Apparently, it took a phone call from Medway radio to Thames CG to calm TCG down because they had lost contact with the LB for sometime.
