It's that time of the year again when we dream about warm breezes, clear skies, beautiful scenery and good company so how about setting a date for the next Clyde meet up. If we can get 1 out of those 4 it will be a bonus.
19th or 26th April?
Usual place for Friday night?
Any takers?

April is a complete bust fo rme. In fact, 19th I am stealing one of your number to be entertained down here.....

Shouldn't that signature say something different now like found a Bavaria 40.
you better get there early of you might not fit that new boat in ;)

Can Little Ship tentatively put her name forward for late April.......

I still have to make the journey from England but barring disasters on route I will be in the Clyde by then.

Good to see that somebody else has been nominated the "party boat"

Tom.

PS. Just where is the usual place for Friday night

A bump and yes, I could be up for it.
I just need some frost free weather to get hull work done before going back in the oggin.
What state is the CWSC pontoon in? It might be good to have someone do an eyeball before we all turn up.

Hi Gordon,

I was informed by the CWSC Staff that their pontoon/breakwater has been totally repaired and upgraded ready for the season.

And can you book some 'frost-free' weather for Troon ... I'm not even 1/2 way there yet!

OG.

26th suits me Fine Mr Cooper.
Usuall place for meeting Fri night is the Cumbrae water sports centre
pontoon

Can't commit at the moment; Mrs AntarcticPilot now has a full-time job, and because of committments made before she started work, she doesn't have a lot of leave! But we'll see what we can do. If not, I daresay Pete may well bring her along.

Hi Gordon, I had been down in Millport for quite a few wks in autum and early winter.
All the pontoon sections (including the one damaged by your floating Jager:) ) were taken ashore at the slipway and all had new steel ends fitted, all the concrete re finnished and new timber fendering fitted.
A company from Oban carried out the repairs.
They are all back in situ now and looking good, when its day light and not raining down there!
As much as I would like to attend, I cant say at present if I will make it.
