Clyde Scuttlebutt meet up. April

For all those who would like to have a singalong.

Have a look at 'Acoustic Links':
https://www.facebook.com/groups/406212106136335/

Post requests/URL's/links to good acoustic versions .... as it will give us time to learn any we don't already know.

Plus two (or more) Guitars can sound better than one when we play the same song in the same key & in the same style etc.

One small request from me .... if you want to play-it bring-it.

Song sheets can be provided ... but nothings compulsory ..... & we could even have a 'Jam-Sesh' in the 'Wet-Room' (with Beer) ... so as not to offend & upset those who wish to sit & have a chat.

Anyway ... back to my 'to-do' list ..... :(

OG.

OK - the next Clyde Scuttlebutt Cruise IS Friday 10th May.
Cool?
I'm working on Sunday, 12 May but we would hope to attend the Friday night at Cumbrae. We could introduce Mistral to Fairwinds.

At the moment, I'm free on the previous weekend, the May holiday weekend but that could change so I'll go with the majority decision.

Ash

Launching Ladybird on the 6th May so should make it. I'll be flying solo and will have a berth available from Rhu, or could pick up at Kip or Largs en-route.

Berth taken. Daughter #3 will be coming along.

Is it mid-May now Pete?
I'm going to be up at the end of April, 19 - 30th to be exact, and was hoping to bum a ride! :-)

The Clyde Scuttlebutt is now the 10th - 12th May .... but our Club has it's 'opening muster' on the 27th - 28th of April to Largs .... although I'd like to sail anytime between 12:00 - 17:00 on 26th (if poss) via Arran or the Cumbraes from Troon, and anyone is more than welcome to sail with me...... work & weather permitting.

So - we have a date organised.
We seem to have a few people who have said yes.
Does anybody fancy doing a quiz or shall I do one - no not you Spyro - you did the last one:D
Any thoughts for where to go on the Saturday - I would suggest Portavadie this time - it seems ages since we were last there - but all suggestions welcome.
Of course the actual destination wil be determined on the Saturday morning but it's good to have options.
