Why don't the clubs have a vhf ch but marinas do? Would be quite handy especially for visiting boats.

Clubs do have a VHF channel if they want to man it. Mostly they dont but some posh places down the Solent do.

We used to but the steward got fed up of manning it so nobody uses it anymore, but the club does talk on it.
