HAHA, yes in fact it would. But you don't have to fly the Belgian flag under the port crosstrees, as this is not required. The courtesy flag however is.
Another question: when you take down the ensign in the evening, is the courtesy flag to be left flying or taken down?
I read somwhere that all _flags_and_ensigns_ are to be taken down, only pennants are left flying at night. But most foreign boats leave their courtesy flags flying, don't they?
