As some might know the Binnie has been problematical of late !

Last week I did some work on the carb did load tests and all seemed ok

Saturday miniskip suggests we go out for the day Sunday well the weather is improved and the river flow is down and the binnie should be ok.

So.......................

Sunday am we set off with the tide on the ebb at 9.30

Swmbo soon settles down to a read of the Sunday Paper

While Miniskip is at the helm and I am keeping my fingers crossed as to whether the binnie wont let us down

We reach Richmond which is quiet and serene at this time of day

Past Richmond and on to Eel Pie we Pass the chap who lives on his bits an pieces liveaboard

We often see him crossing in his dingie with his dogs swimming behind !

It is always nice this time of day always quiet with people setting about their day for example we passed some chaps embarking on a days fishing

No but on a serious note the images can take time for some peeps to load so although I didnt intend a series of posts I think there will be a part 2 !!

Question is chaps do I keep it here or put part 2 on the mobo forum ????

I say, chuckaduck, i am beginning to think you are a bit of a drama queen! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Every time you go out seems to be a "Big Day Out" or a drama of some kind.
Don't you do any normal boating like the rest of us?

Take a look at hlb's recent post on mobochat - now thats real drama, even for Haydn /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I always enjoy your posts here... wave if you see Nigel aboard H2O in Richmond, he has a binnie up our end, so to speak.

Will do

Seriously peeps though

We do do normal boating trips out weekly just for an hour or so but due to work etc i dont often get a chance for a day or more out so when i do then for me it is a BIG ADVENTURE

having said this it is always an adventure why ? well you meet nice people have fun with the robos ( not ) and enjoy being out on the river. which not many people are lucky to do

Ok the titles are a bit dramatic but hey ho !!

No photos just enjoying a beer on my balcony and there is only one bayliner bow rider that cruises this section that I have read about..........but at least you had paddle to hand and engine started again!
