The reason these heaters are cheap is that the internal parts are made of steel, so when they corrode they could pose a serious CO poisoning risk. They are a classic case of you get what you pay for. If you read the fine print in the instructions, most have a warning about not using them in inhabited spaces or similar terminology.
Well 10's of 1000's of people are using them to very good effect.
Did you not hear about the 'main Two' getting fined Millions of Euro for their Price fixing that is why the others are so cheap.
