Does anyone have any recommendations about possibilities of chartering a sailing cruiser in Norway? Any experience/ideas/suggestions are welcome.:)

No first hand experience since I sail my own boat here.

There are not a lot of charter companies operating in Norway, but there are some. You will also find a private market for chartering boats.

Norway has a long coastline do you know what area you would like to sail in?

With the boat based close to Oslo my cruising area is the Oslo fjord, Norwegian south coast and Swedish west coast.

that is exactly why I posted here. I'd love to combine some sailing with some hiking: where do I start looking?

This is probably the northernmost charter company in Norway http://www.northcapesail.com/319724665

Generally speaking the further north you go the more scenic landscape and tougher weather... but in summer the day length also increase and you might find the midnight sun north of the polar circle.

there's a company called Boreal Yachts (or something similar) offering charters out of Tromso and around Lofoten Islands. I know folk who have used them, very happy with the service.
