Charlestown harbour on the Forth to be cleared on June 22nd

I live in Winchburgh, the marina has I think 8 berths for narrow boats so hardly large.
The Forth west of the rail bridge is a SSSI, and a site if international importance for over wintering seabirds. As such developments hit big environmental arguments against

As I said, I think the associated housing development IS a lot bigger, at least it seems to be from the motorway, and/or from the top of the nearby oil-shale bing.

The associated development will eventually be about 3800 new houses. 4 new schools, 2 primary and 2 secondary have already been built. There is even talk of a railway station!
