What does anyone know about the new CARICOM immigration laws?

A specific question would be helpful.....
I think that the requirement for visas for citizens of certain countries was only in force during the cricket world cup, altho I might be wrong.

As and when the Law is enacted (date not yet agreed) it will allow citizens of Caribbean country's to move for work or pleasure purposes between country's without restriction.
Sort of like being in the EU does .
