Passing a steady flow of yachts heading south. Positioning for transat I guess. Most look like long term cruisers.

Back home around 2100 yesterday evening.
Stats. 10 days, just under 600nm, 4 nights at sea, 5 islands, 4 ports........and 2 fish.
Just as we got first lines on the dock, one of the local restaurants had a short firework display. Probably a birthday party or something but the Co incidental timing, perfect, we claimed it for the voyage!!

You definitely like sailing more than I do! I can’t imagine spending so little time in each destination and so much at sea, but a very impressive trip to see unfold.

My friends who own the yacht only had 2 weeks here. So time in each port was limited if they wanted to visit most of the islands. No problem for me!
May do something similar in the spring to visit a couple of other places I know.

I’m thinking we may need to do something similar to see the north African coast at some point, I know none of the places there but Schengen increasingly makes it necessary to have options elsewhere so I’ll have to bite the bullet eventually and do a few miles
