Puerto Mogan after another day of no wind. I've not seen it so calm for so long before. Claim and hot in the marina.

Very pleasant pit stop in Mogan. I've never heard anyone say they dont like it. Was a bit overcast and humid.

Left at 1400 and now bashing into a short bumpy sea east of Maspalomas light.

Next stop, new marina in Morro Jable, fuertaventura.

After an interesting overnight....engine on, engine off, hot in about 0930 this morning yo the new marina in Morro Jable.

About half the pontoons are open. More work is continuing. The offices and heads are temporary portakabins, excellent service..

This has long been needed down the south of the island.i'll get some photos later.

It's quite a walk into town but should be easy by cab. Will get a look at port services later too.

Office and showers temporary but basic and clean. Lots of berths still to finish off. Those available slowly filling. Foundations for shoreside buildings in hand. I

The new marina looks attractive if it delivers according to the pitch - I suspect the annual berthing fees there for say 12m are quite reasonable as well.

Homeward bounders now. 0700 start, this is always the hard bit going north up the coast of Fuertaventura. Probably around 2200 back in home port.

Very enjoyable trip. The chance to gisit different islands gives it the edge.
