A chum has just purchased one, anybody familiar with this builder or this boat.
CS 27 - sailboatdata
There are several in my club on Georgian Bay in Canada's Great Lakes, and they seem to have stood the years well. CS Yachts was a major yacht builder in Canada between the early 1960s and the early 1990s. IFIRC, one of their designers moved to CS from Camper and Nicholson. Yacht building in Canada essentially collapsed in the mid-90s. C&C Yachts was the largest Canadian yacht builder and also collapsed around that time following a fire at their facility.

Interesting article about this yacht says the designer was Raymond Wall of Camper & Nicholson's. https://canadianboating.ca/boat-reviews/cs-27-sail-boat-review/
