From Bourne end Marina to the bounty pub ? And I don't mean walking on water ....

Not been cruising that far up for years but may do next weekend.

Do you have to queue for locks and stuff nowadays ?

Richard, you can walk up to the main street in Bourne End and cross over on the railway bridge.

Dont even have to go to the main street, a narrow path takes you riverside to the base of the railway bridge, stairs up to the walkway. Look for the gap in the hedge just riverside of the house at the bridge end of the marina.

As I like to plug in to the mains at the marina opposite!

The marina staff go across regularly, I've always managed a lift. A beer with them now and again is part of the fun of being there.
