Can you Identify this Boat?

Can anyone identify this boat and tell me what its seakeeping is like?

Its for sale in an auction with no reserve, and is fairly local to us.

It looks rather like a Privateer 20 - here is one for sale on Apolloduck at

There was mention on the Forum recently of a Privateer 20 called 'Black Pig' which had been stolen - here is a link to that thread - http://www.ybw.com/forums/showthread.php?t=204812
Her Owner was planning on doing the Jester Challenge with her, hence I am sure she must have pretty good sea keeping.

Must admit I don't know what the boat is but I can't imagine the seakeeping ability is high with a draft of about six inches even assuming it has a balasted centreboard!

As for the Jester challenge no thanks - that is transatlantic afterall and to windward! Coastal work with nothing more than a Force 5 would be my guess.
