Calorifier connections for GM V8 diesel.

Thanks, but that will be the last resort if we can't find the correct locations for the feed and return.
I should mention that it is heat exchanger cooled.

Has someone fitted an inline valve that needs turning on ?

I’ve often thought about adding one to our boat to stop thermal circulation while at rest.

You may just need to find it and turn it on.

Hopefully somewhere easy to get to near a hatch

I’m sure you will have already ruled this out but just in case.

As it heats from the engine coolant then the engine needs to be at working temperature for the engine thermostat to open fully to allow any flow.
