C.P.R. for batteries

Re: Years ago in labs ...

Electric milk floats and fork lift trucks use these type of cells, also in telephone exchanges there are banks of single cells to keep the system going whilst the generators start up when the mains fails. Weight may be an issue on smaller boats, but they are ideal if you can carry them. My brother has a Dutch barge with 2 large banks of milk-float cells, one for domestics and one for the (large) bowthruster.

Cheap battery\'s ....

1) depends what battery you are talking about,
2) depends how many you want,
3) depends on the job you intend to do with them ....

a chat with Ships Woofy may have a different slant on it ?????

Plus - I already have experienced the pricing for my Suzuki 4x4 .... crazy !
