Buying Sealine C39, any comments?

I´m long time reader, first time writer. I´m about to make a deal of 2004 Sealine C39 with KAD300 550 hours and DP-G drives. Is there any C39 owners who could give me some hints what to take a look before I make a deal with it? Any comments about a C39. Thank you
