Buying a boat in turkey

Hello everyone, I just moved to turkey and I am planning to buy a middle size boat so I was wondering which it’s the best and cheapest way to buy it from turkey or somewhere else and imported to turkey and pappy the custom and tax’s
And where should I buy it from what is the best countries to find good prices for such as this kind of middle size boats I am talking about 40-30 f size with double cap
