Bulb for anchor utility light

Ok guys where do I get one (yes just one...) This is the trailing night/day light which plugs into a ciggy socket here

The bulb is 1watt and is numbered 1892. I can find it on T'internet here

The bulb at a reasonable price but min. order £30 !!!! I can find no other UK stockists and all USA ones are similarly costly when postage and tax added. I'd rather spend the £30 on the newer LED equivalent.

OK, it would help if you had a picture of the bulb itself - I tried Googling all the detail from the box in the picture and none of it seems to define what the bulb is - got everything from domestic light bulbs to miniature "pea" bulbs for a car dashboard. It shouldn't be difficult to find a replacement, whether incandescent or LED once the base is defined, though some LED designs require quite a bit of room.

Seateach in Emsworth sell that Dusk to Dawn anchor light... and I'm sure they have the bulb for it on the shelf.

As you say - I seem to remember it is a relatively unusual bulb.

I assume that your anchor light is like mine, and switches on and off automatically. I changed mine to LED. I bought four LED bulbs on eBay from something called buyeasy-fr. the details (for mine) are:-
4x5 SMD 233 BA9S T4W Bayonet Cap 360 HID XENON WHITE SIDE LIGHT BULB.
The total, including delivery, came to £2.99. The light is impressively bright.

There are lots of options. Presumably you want no more than 1 w due to current limitations of the electronic light switch.
Many more types of lED coiuld be solder onto existing socket. good luck olewill
