Bukh Engine

I have a Bukh 24hp that gives out quite a bit of white smoke.
It does not burn oil but stains the transom black.
I have changed the injectors and cleaned all the water ways.
Any idea.?

I suppose the best answer to come from the back of the snug is "Nope, no idea whatsoever"
