Like you said it's Triggers Broom. Nothing was ever a project just systamatic upgrades. The boat was bought and sold as a project boat. 7 years and about 80k later I am where I am with it. What exactly do you want to know?

Upgrades to date.

Replaced outdrives. Twice. Experimented with props C3, C4, B5, B4 and B3. No difference in top speed just engine loading except C3 which were hopelessly underpropped. Currently on B3 top speed on ideal water and load circa 30knts.
Replaced both turbos
Replaced one SC
Put KAD300 silencers on to eradicate SC whine
Replaced 4 x House batteries
Replaced 2 x oil cooler
Replaced 2 steering helmets
replaced Trim Rams
Put on raw water cooler temp guages
put on booster guages
replaced water pumps
replaced raw water pumps
replaced hoses
replaced bilge pumps
replaced mascerator and vacuum pumps
replaced toilet
replaced canvas twice
installed hydraulic steering
replaced all electronics with Raymarin Axiom and latest autopilot (AIS and radar still to install)
replaced all cockpit vinyls
replaced all carpets
installed gas
Replaced origo with hob burners
installed a gas oven grill
installed a 3 in one Microwave, oven and airfryer
replaced fridge freezer with 12/ 24 volt DOmetic unit
rewired 240 volt
redid dashboard
rebuild the galley to a better spec
Installed walling/ bulkheads to create 3 cabins
Installed TV's into each cabin
installed diesel heating
installed 50 liter calorifier
Installed davits, twice, no three times. Hurley davits are carp
Had the boat stripes repainted
Upgraded the dink to RIB with consol
repaired a zillion things along the way many of them twice after breaking it the first time round
Forgot the other half of things done
Oh, anchor and chain for Spade system
Installed Solar panel
installed inverter
replaced lighting
etc
