Broken Sheave Ball Bearing

Hi folks,
Does anyone if it is possible to replace a broken Torlon in a sheave (Ronstan ) in this case or am I looking at a new sheave?
I cannot see how It could be pressed in or could it?

The balls went in somehow when manufactured. Just need to work out how.
