I am currently sailing my 19 foot boat slowly around the UK - two years to get from Isle of Wight to The Alde.

I would love to overwinter on the broads - are there any wooden boat owners who would be taking their boat out of the water and would let me use their berth for the winter months.

I used to keep a trailer sailer at Horning through the winter on a friends mooring - I sailed a couple of times a month when the weather was bright and cold - that opportunity has gone as he now has a plastic boat.

I would be happy to pay for the accommodation in wine or scotch.

I can promise to be away from the Broads long before Easter and the time when the mobos emerge.
