Hi
I'm heading to Brest in the next few days and as yet haven't been able to find a PAF form or email address for them. Can anyone help please?
Cheers

Hi Russell
Just about to check in to Brest... do you have to go into the marina or is there anywhere to tie up for an hour or two? Thanks

There is a town quay right by the duanes, but it has gate on it so only duane or ferry can use it. So its Marina only sadly, though it does have virtue of nice bars ashore. They probably can do short term berth, but we thought we would explore for a bit.

One can check in by bus trip from Camaret but then one loses a day anyway

The duane complained it was the wrong form, so we tried out the gallic shrug and said "your website". Lady actually taking record was pleased we had any kind of form

Apologies if I have asked before but did you send the PAF in advance or just show up with a paper version?

We sent in a digital form, but no sign that anyone has bothered to look at it.... is the frontier police office the same place as the Douanes?

Sent in advance, but knowing how bureaucracy does not work also had paper copy with us.

Arriving in Roscoff they said it was wrong form, stamped us and gave us paper copy of form a bit like we are meant to fill in leaving UK. We tore it up later, we wont post it it to duanes but will continue to use online.

It is very clear that France wants UK to join Schengen and get rid of all this time wasting stupidity

Same place invariably in French ports unlike UK where Imigration covering Plymouth may be in Portsmouth or Plymouth depending on time of day and Customs have a different bunker
Ha! Yes, anyway, being tight fisted liveaboards, we anchored outside the harbour and dinghied in... they had the submitted form printed out and it took about 5 mins... happy days... thanks for the advice.
