Bramblemet 90 degrees out?

A friend who lives on Hayling once commented to me that if Chimet was permanently stuck on the same wind speed/direction then it would be right more of the time than it is.

It's the same as all the other ChiMet family, I'll ask, he might even be grateful.
Solentmet Support Group, who run Chimet, Cambermet and Emsmet in Chichester Harbour - and publish the data for Bramblemet and Sotonmet - have not in the past been open to sharing more generally via a public feed. This is for historic perceived 'commercial' reasons.

It's worth asking, as there's been a change of personnel, but don't hold your breath.

I've worked with SSG, having developed the iPhone and Android apps for them. Unfortunately the Android app is no longer available on the Play Store because messages from Google were not received/acted upon and the app wasn't updated when it needed to be.

Ahhh, I assumed Bramble Post was the same station as Bramblemet, perhaps it's not and now I notice Chimet isn't there, either so you're likely right, it's not just one of that family missing, it's all of them.

With all the sponsored racing buoys around the Solent, I had suggested to a couple of companies I dealt with that Bramblemet might be a good place to promote their name.

On the other hand, I can't believe ABP Southampton don't step up as the info at Bramble must be incredibly useful to their traffic.

It spends 40% of it’s time awaiting maintenance, sadly. I’ve known it to be fixed, then clobbered again later the same day.
