I have a bow thruster side power sp55si.
The anode that goes onto the hub of the prop is proving stubborn.
The bolt itself removes OK but I can't get the thimble shaped anode to come off.
Prop itself is plastic but I guess the axle could be getting attacked.
I replaced the Hull anode which must be about 5 metres away.
Any tips on how to get it off? Maybe drill a screw into it and yank?
How worried should I be?
Is it worth dangling the anode over the side on a piece of line as a stop gap?
I'm on a trot mooring in the river without shore power.
Thanks all
