As luck would have it, we were out of soup for lunch so my wife, who hasn't been following the forum, offered me Bovril instead. It's a year or three since I last had it and it was very enjoyable.

Both Bovril and OXO taste vile to me, half a (knorr) stockcube in a mug is an enjoyable drink though - beef, chicken or veg are all good. Good when you're not really hungry, but need something, and don't want caffeine.

A good tasty warming drink on a cold day. Have one most weeks at half time at the footie.
