Kad 32 , Sc cuts in 1500 cuts out 2700 turbo takes over .
3500 is inside parameter of turbo , no more rpm tells me exhaust housing worn out and fan tips missing 1.5mm

You are very possibly right,he was WO and revs down on max due to all sorts of other reasons,one being the cause of overheat.
