Bosco 1000 Boat Hook

Another vote for Handy Duck...

I've not used any of the others, so can't give a comparative recommendation, but the Handy Duck works well, and makes getting a line onto, say, a strop-free mooring buoy from a high foredeck very simple.

I am assuming this is the metal set up attached to a modified boat hook. We had one and they do work but they are quite heavy to hold at arms length as you reach for a buoy, dont float, have a big metal hook on to take chunks out of your gel coat etc etc. In practice we rarely needed it - we did better by working on our close quarters manouvering. Please don't take that as a criticism you might well have specific situations where you need it.
