During our ten days or so upriver, swmbo and I were really surprised how many people went out of their way to tell us how much they liked the boat - the design does have a certain something about it.

As for the fenders, we are out on the boat to relax, not to put ourselves through hoops to no real practical purpose. If we go down the tideway they will get lifted. (its all the dogs fault really - called him Bosun and result is he does b*gg*r all )
