Without the compo culture small businesses, community associations, sports clubs, charities etc would be able to afford 3rd party insurance and continue operating instead of which hundreds of them are being forced to close their doors every year. I absolutely abhor idiots who insist someone else is responsible for every mishap which befalls them and I utterly detest the meeley mouthed cretins who say they're only suing to ensure no one else has an accident. Bad enough being a leech but don't add insult to injury by expecting people to believe your bullshit. I'm sure that Refueler is in distress, and would benefit from having fewer idiotic remarks thrown at him. For any case to be brought forward, I'd guess that if there was video from a restaurant security camera, it might be beneficial.

What upsets me the most is that this thread has only been running since lunchtime and already you’re complaining about lack of sex...I usually have to wait a month before I’m allowed to complain ?
