Just heard on radio that a chap has ben banned from visiting any branch of B & Q. An assistant allegedly asked the chap if he would like decking, and so our man decided there and then to get the first punch in!!

Hi Phil. How are you?

If that doesn't get Kim's blue pencil out i'll be amazed

When are you buying a smaller boat and coming back to Alcudia? Its not the same without you - I've got to buy my own beer now!

Regards to you and Gill

Martyn

Hi Martyn

hope your leg is better!
Well here we are in Tomas Maestre,La Manga. It Ain't Alcudia that's for sure. But at a third the price it was worth a try.The marina is nice, not many swindleries ,but quite a number of eating houses.Have tried most of the ones open and they are average! Only hoping that the seasonal ones are better when they open.
It looks a great cruising area for small to medium size boats, with fish restaraunts on the small islands within the lagoon to visit.
I am over there Dec 1st for a few days with a pal and have told Gill that i NEED to go to antifreeze and wrap up pipework !
By the way, when we reached mainland from Mallorca, i discovered that after replacing some seacocks for me before my departure ,our friend JP had forgotten to re-attach my aft head outlet pipe ( the messy end ) to the outside and had left it draining into my bilge!

Hope this finds you well!

Phil& Gill

Man with flat cap replies "Well I'm shooer there's a W and mebee a G - but I'm not reet shooer abaht a B&Q"
