Boat sat in mud

Our Marine Projects 31 is on the River Weaver. She is on a side to pontoon, but sat on mud.
Should I drag her out rather than start the 2 Perkins 4107 to assist ?

What are the risks of a blocked cooling water filter, especially if she has not been out for a while ? If you can haul her out with some bits of string, it would minimise the chance of a blockage.
