kinda depends where your boat is...
Joe Whitby is doing mine (fourth boat) tomorrow, always found him very reasonable and level headed.

Joe has just finished examining my boat, a couple of minor things which he/we dealt with there and then and then boomshanka! Four year BSC is on its way!

Actually in addition to using someone I know and trust, Joe did the BSC before last on the boat so he knows it. Kind of. Well he saw it eight years ago...
